Sridhar Byrappa PhD // CEO

Having worked at large pharmaceutical companies in the clinical data field (Merck, Schering Plough, Wyeth and Accenture), Sridhar has thorough knowledge of drug development process and understands the current problems facing the industry. iClinical is his effort to solve some of these problems. He has a PhD in Microbiology/Immunology (Rush University) and an MBA in Strategic Management/International Business (University of Illinois at Chicago). His Bachelor of Science degree was at University of Toronto, majoring in Human Biology.

Varsha Venkatesh // CTO

Varsha is the technical product development lead; she is a data scientist well versed in several web/mobile technologies and advanced data analytics protocols. She is responsible for developing a seamless, functional enterprise class product. She has done her Bachelors of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a master’s in Neuroscience from the International Max Planck Research School, Germany.
